DPS Assignment: Composition - Get down

I've decided to shoot an indoor shot... boring I know.
Too many cute pets shots, outdoor gorgeous sceneries etc... I have no way to top them all.
I don't have very good lighting in my room, so... this is the best I can get.
Here is my "Don't cry over spilled milk" picture:

I've submitted this one although it is not extremely clear
A shallow DOF and my hand add a little dramatic feeling to the shot.

Half frozen lake - part 2

No ordinary tram stop

Two years ago a man was robbed and stabbed at this exact place. He died in the hospital a day after.
A few months later, a girl was kidnapped and murdered in the wood 50 meters away from this tram stop.
Tragic!!!

It's dark in my kitchen, it is almost the same color as the actual shot

Repeating the same ring shadow shot, but this time with two rings... and more tasteful layout. Opps! Just noticed the word "lousy" is next to the ring, but what I was trying to focus on... was the word "love".
