Pump up the nutritions - More drinks

Here are a few more drinks from the "Juice" book I got from my lovely mother-in-law few years ago.

(All recipes served 2 glasses)
Iced kiwi avocado
 

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 lecttuce (I use 2 kiwi instead this time)
  • 1 lime
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • Lite wasabi
  • 4 ice cubes
Preparation:
  1. Extact juice from lettuce, lime and cucumber.
  2. Pour juice into a mixer and mix with avocado and wasabi.
  3. Serve drink with ice.





Power punch
 
Ingredients:
  • 2 bundles of spinach (I just take 2 handful)
  • 2 stalks of cellery
  • 1 clove of garlic (pressed)
  • 1 pinch of cajenpeppar
  • 1½ dl mineral water
Preparation:
  1. Extract juice from spinach, cellery and garlic.
  2. Add water and garnish with a pinch of cajenpeppar


Slumber passion


Ingredients:
  • 2 oranges (pressed)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 passion fruit
 Preparation:
  1. Mix orange juice and banana.
  2. Stir in passion fruit
