Week 5: Chinese New Year 2011 (Food)

Typical me... always feeling homesick when it is Chinese New Year.
This weekend, we have our good friends over and celebrate CNY with some good food.

Smoke salmon with crème fraîche, horseradish and chives

I thought the reflection was pretty cool, but of course the wine was delicious as well. :)
