Gingerbread wreath

I've decided to only bake for decoration this year since I'm still trying to lose those extra pounds I gained last Christmas.

Extra thick gingerbread wreath for 2 important reasons:
1. Wouldn't break easily
2. I will not be tempted to take a bite :)
