Tasik Kenyir

Tasik Kenyir is the largest man-made lake in South East Asia.
It is also one of the many national parks in Trengganu, Malaysia with the world oldest tropical rainforest.
We have decided to only take a boat ride around the lake since we still have 4 hours of traveling ahead of us. The boat ride was certainly worth the extra 2 hours for this detour. Breathtaking view on the lake!
Maybe I should plan to stay here for a few days next time so that I can check out the water falls, caves, forest and maybe a little fishing.

Beautiful Resort on the opposite island. Nice!
